PAST ,PRESENT and FUTURE

The good news is that though we cannot stop the bad memories and feelings  from coming but we can definitely stop them from influencing our present and future… There are only three days we live in, the ‘PAST’, the ‘PRESENT’ and the ‘FUTURE’.  And to not to on everyone’s utter surprise these are lived by everyone,th rich ,the poor; the hindu, the muslim, the Indian; the American. Everyone has got past feelings and memories created by them or with them. The past is forever with us, the good with the bad and all the feelings that accompained both. Good feelings from the past are golden,  nostalgic that every so often fill our chests to bursting. The more common intrusions from the past,however are bad feelings, sad feelings, little boy or little girl feelings of wanting and wishing but not getting.
Painful feelings erode self-esteem. We maywake up with million dollars,but sometimes it takes a second for a frown, a slight, a remembered failure to reduce us to zero and that zero may last for whole day. We all read rows ofbooks on motivation, self-esteem, positive attitude etc.We may have insight , foresight and hindsight. All this can go out of the window in an instant when someone pushes a “hot”button or when a tragedy strikes.
Whenever we look back into our life, we picture a past that sometimes gives us strength and othertimes heartaches but present is something where we live in and future is what we will create. Amongst the three days we live only in one , that is our present, responsible for our past as well as future. The trip we are on is our life, the vehicle is the present time and the destination is a joyful future with delighted past. It is the only trip we will take, and we can make it a good one despite our own imperfections and the imperfect world in which we live.
Pride flattering epithet will be when we’ll accomplish the present and won’t allow the past to rule and make us brood.
GET ON THE JOYOUS RIDE , WORK IN CONTENTED PRESENT AND ERECT THE MERRY FUTURE….
